This notice explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Onlime in Switzerland. When you open a page, the server records technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser. We use this data only to run the website securely, and it is deleted after a short period.

Cookies
We only use cookies that the website needs to work, for example to keep a session and to protect forms. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Access requests
If you request access, we receive your name, email address, discipline, portfolio link and your note. We use this information to review your request and to get in touch with you. We keep it as long as needed for this purpose, and we delete it earlier if you ask us to.

Personal links
Some of our work is shared through personal links. When such a link is opened, we record when and how often it was viewed.

Spam protection
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Google processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information for this purpose, possibly also in the USA. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Films
Films are played through our video service at video.racerfish.com and delivered by Vimeo (USA) or Bunny.net (EU). When a page with a film loads, these providers receive your IP address and technical browser data.

Email
If you write to us, we use your message and contact details to reply.

Your rights
You can ask us at any time which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@racerfish.com. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
